Eric Schultz is a Vice President of IT and Security who strengthens A.B. Data's infrastructure by implementing robust security protocols and optimizing IT operations. Eric believes in the power of innovative solutions and strategic planning to ensure organizational resilience in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Eric has mastered the intricacies of IT and project management, network engineering, and information security throughout his over two-decade career. His expertise includes LAN, WAN, and WWAN systems, Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization, network performance monitoring, and comprehensive data center management. Currently, he is focused on driving continuous improvement by developing IT staff performance metrics and optimizing procurement strategies for significant cost savings.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Electronics Computers from Milwaukee Area Technical College. He has also studied Management Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

When he is not enhancing IT systems, Eric enjoys mentoring young minds as a robotics coach and Regional Tournament Director with FIRST, sharing his passion for technology with the next generation.
