Valley Elliehausen

Valley Elliehausen is the Chief People Officer for A.B. Data. She is a passionate practitioner who believes that ensuring all employees feel they are included and belong through voice, care, professional development, and a supportive and fun work community will drive business results. Valley has proudly served her profession for over twenty years.

Ms. Elliehausen brings in-depth knowledge and expertise across all human resource disciplines, including talent management, learning and development, performance management, employee experience, benefits administration, leadership, and legal compliance. Throughout her career, she has facilitated strategic planning, implemented award-winning mentoring and training programs, implemented innovative healthcare programs, designed talent management systems, and supported and coached many field people leaders.

Valley earned her Master of Business Administration from Concordia University and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Penn State University. She teaches human resources at the collegiate level, leads a student chapter for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and instructs in certification courses. Valley is SHRM-SCP certified, Lean Certified, and a trained leadership coach.

Ms. Elliehausen is involved in the local HR Chapters, Women Leadership in Milwaukee, Milwaukee Business Leaders, and the North Shore and Greater Milwaukee Area Chamber of Commerce. She serves on several non-profit boards and is currently a Board Member for a local school.  She enjoys time with her boys and dog, Eleanor.  She is an avid hiker and runner and can often be found traveling to her next outdoor destination.  Look for her at most live music or sporting events at every opportunity. One thing she is most asked about is her name, Valley, which is passed onto her by her beloved grandmother.
